Sticky Mat Frame

Sticky mat frame, also called tacky mat frame or sticky mat base, is an underlay pad which is designed to use compatibly with sticky mat. Where it has no condition to apply a sticky mat singly, a frame comes in handy!

Sticky mat frame is made from polystyrene. The surface side is smooth enough for a sticky mat to stick on. The backing side is covered with a layer of polyester textile to create a non-skid property, so that it won’t move when getting contact with floor surface. Under the help of a frame, a sticky mat can be used and moved in many critical areas.

When do you need a sticky mat frame?

1.     The floor status is not ideal for applying sticky mats directly.

In some occasions, your floor may be uneven, rough or carpeted. It is hard to adhere sticky mats to such floor surfaces. Neither a sticky mat can stick firmly in those cases.

2.     Sticky mat needs to be movable or portable

When the area where sticky mats are applied needs to be cleaned temporarily, it is much easier to practice it by using a sticky mat and frame system. Just take the system away and clean the area, then put it back after finishing the clean.

3.     The floor cannot have contact with adhesive

Some floor surfaces may not go well with adhesive. For those surfaces which cannot have direct contact with adhesive, using a sticky mat frame will be a wise move.

4.     You have demands for advertising

Besides serving as a dirt trapper at the door entrance, sticky mat also can function as a means of advertising. We can print customer’s logo and slogan on sticky mat frame, so as to run their advertisement.
